在“第18届强子谱和强子结构国际会议”上的讲话
尊敬的各位代表，女士们、先生们：
大家早上好！
今天，我们在这里隆重举行“第18届强子谱和强子结构国际会议”,
来自20多个国家的100余所大学和科研院所共350名代表参加本次会议。“强子谱和强子结构国际会议”是强子物理领域最重要的国际系列会议之一，每两年一届，这是该系列会议第二次在中国举办。在此，我谨代表广西师范大学对大家的到来表示热烈的欢迎，对各高校和科研院所一直以来对我校的关心和支持表示衷心的感谢！
借此机会，我向大家简要介绍下广西师范大学。我校坐落在国际旅游胜地、国家历史文化名城桂林，是国家教育部与广西壮族自治区人民政府共建高校、“中西部高校基础能力建设工程项目”高校。学校成立于1932年，经过87年的建设发展，已成为一所教师教育特色鲜明、文理学科均名列全国百强的综合性大学。学校教学科研平台较高，现有建制教学学院21个，博士学位授权一级学科6个，博士后科研流动站3个，硕士学位授权一级学科27个，专业硕士学位授权点19个。在全国第四轮学科评估中，有6个学科跻身全国前40%，其中1个学科排名进入全国前20%。广西（高校）重点学科35个，1个理学类学科进入国际ESI排名前1%。学校拥有国家重点实验室、教育部重点实验室等众多科研平台以及15个国家级教学科研基地。
我校历来注重理学类基础学科的建设发展，并取得较好的成绩。近五年来，学校承担国家星火计划项目、国家自然科学基金等国家级项目209项。近年来，我校物理科学与技术学院在教学、科研等各方面取得了长足的发展，在国内和国际上的影响力得到提升。2018年，“核物理与核技术实验室”被定为广西重点实验室、物理学获批为广西一流学科(培育)学科。
强子物理作为粒子物理和核物理的交叉领域，是基础物理研究中的重要分支。本次会议研讨交流过去两年来世界各国在强子物理研究领域取得的重大成果，探讨具有挑战性的重要问题。我们相信，会议将对进一步推动国际强子物理学的发展起到积极的作用。
作为本次会议的承办单位，我校将竭尽所能做好会务工作，为会议的顺利召开提供优质的服务保障。希望我校教研人员紧紧抓住此次宝贵的机会，多向专家、学者们学习请教，努力提高我校物理学的发展水平。同时，我也衷心地期望各位专家、学者对我校学科发展和科学研究多提宝贵意见和建议！

gentlemen.
It
is
my
great
pleasure
to
see
that
the
18th
International
Conference
on
Hadron
Spectroscopy
and
Structure(HADRON2019)
is
held
in
Guilin
city,
hosted
by
Guangxi
Normal
University,
with
aboutthree
hundred
and
fifty
participants
from
more
than
one
hundredinstitutions
around
the
world.
I
would
like
to
take
this
opportunity
to
give
you
a
briefintroduction
to
Guangxi
Normal
University.
Our
University
is
located
in
the
historical
and
tourist
City
of
Guilin,
which
is
well
known
world-wide
for
its
unique
beauty
of
mountains
and
rivers.
Guangxi
Normal
University
was
founded
in
1932.
After
85
years
of
development,
it
has
become
a
comprehensive
university,
with
teacher
education
as
its
distinctive
characteristic,
and
has
been
ranked
as
one
of
the
top
100
universities
in
China.
Guangxi
Normal
University
is
a
university
co-sponsored
by
Guangxi
Provincial
Government
and
the
Ministry
of
Education
of
the
People's
Republic
of
China,
with
3
campuses
:Wangcheng,
Yucai
and
Yanshan,
covering
a
total
area
of
around
300
hectares.
It
consists
of
27
colleges
directly
under
the
university
administration,
offering
doctoral
degree
and
master
degree
in
90
courses,
and
48
undergraduate
programs.
There
are
2,413
staff
members
in
our
university.
The
university
now
has
about
47
thousand
students,
including
about
25
thousand
full-time
undergraduate
students,
over
6
thousand
graduate
students,
more
than
14
thousand
adult
education
students,
and
more
than
1,600
international
students
from
25
countries
on
a
long-term
basis.
The
School
of
Physical
Science
and
Technology
in
our
university
has
3
undergraduate
programs:
physics,
science
education,
monitoring
technology
and
equipment.
It
has
Master
programs
such
as:
Physics,
Systems
Science,
Teaching
theory
of
physics,
Master
of
Education
and
so
on.
Currently,
there
are
70
faculties
and
staffs,
over
800
full-time
students
at
the
School
of
Physical
Science
and
Technology.
In
recent
years,
the
school
of
physical
science
and
technology
in
Guangxi
Normal
University
has
made
great
progress
in
teaching,
scientific
research
and
other
aspects,
and
its
influence
at
home
and
abroad
has
been
improved,with
the
support
and
help
from
many
of
you.
In
2018,
Guangxi
Key
Laboratory
of
Nuclear
Physics
and
Technology
had
been
built
in
our
university,
and
physics
was
selected
as
one
of
the
first-class
disciplines
in
Guangxi
province.On
behalf
of
Guangxi
Normal
University,
I
would
like
to
express
my
sincere
thanks
to

hope
you
will
pay

and

to
our
