回首刚刚过去的一年，****从弱到强，从小到大，在全体****人的努力下，紧紧围绕“实干、创新、感恩、共享”的核心文化，凝聚共识、坚定信心，各方面都取得了令人满意的成绩。在山东、京津冀、江苏、河南、东北都有很好的市场占有率。
在刚刚过去的一年里，我们以北京、潍坊和沈阳三个生产基地为平台，组建了较为合理的营销公司布局；在“产品力就是竞争力”的产品观指引下，公司成立之初就对市场进行调研，以用户的发展为根本，以提高养殖效益为中心，持续对产品进行创新和调整，在多个市场取得了较高的市场占有率，得到的用户的认可和一致好评（如：临沂、连云港、胶东、沧州、锦州等）。2016年我们还要建设江苏和河南两个生产基地，为做大做强江苏和河南市场奠定基础。
在刚刚过去的一年里，各生产基地把“抓质量、保供给，全面推进精细化管理”为工作重点，加强生产基地员工队伍的职业化建设，积极推动全面质量管理和内部服务质量管理，以做出好产品，服务好市场为宗旨，以一当十，奉献自我(如潍坊公司董自明)。2016年还是围绕精细化管理，在塑造
产品力和提升服务力上下大力气，把每一个细节做好做实，使企业内部的综合管理水平和产品力有很大的提升。
在刚刚过去的一年里，在各种不利因素的影响下，各厂家无序竞争，市场开发举步维艰，****全体市场一线人员披星戴月、不辞辛苦的工作作风和任劳任怨服务客户的奉献精神感动着每一个客户，越来越多的优秀客户成为了我们的合作伙伴，客户的销量有了直线的提升，在各个区域树立了榜样，打造了标杆。 2015年我们共开发蛋鸡存栏2万以上养殖场34个，5万只以上7个，40万只1个；开发基础母猪存栏100头以上猪场26个，500头以上的6个。
2015年下半年我们提出对接规模化养殖场，服务规模化养殖场的战略转型，推动兽药产品的网络化经营，通过多个产品和服务为用户创造价值，带来效益。针对养殖场存在的问题提供系统的解决方案，
以上成绩的取得，离不开全体****人的努力，离不开社会各界的支持和帮助，我们怀着一颗感恩的心，我们要感谢各位合伙人对****的认同和认可，使我们有缘走到了一起；我们要感谢各位合作伙伴，是你们对****的信任和理解，才让****得以发展壮大；俗话说“背靠大树好乘凉”，我们还要感谢以董事长、总裁刘方波为代表的和美华集团对我们的帮助和系统上的支持。

Your responsibility today is great. The Fourth WTO Ministerial Conference coincides with a difficult period where several countries have seen their economies undergoing recession and slowdown. You will be the focus of attention until a ministerial declaration satisfactory to all parties is issued; a declaration launching a fresh round of trade negotiations in Doha that reinforces confidence in the Organization, gives a strong impetus to trade exchanges, and at the same time gives a stimulus to the world economy.

大家好! 今天，我们怀着喜悦的心情和美好的祝福，共同迎来了江苏省现代服务业联合会的成立。这标志着江苏省各服务行业的发展有了一个共同的联系交流平台。在此，我代表浙江省现代服务业联合会对江苏省现代服务业联合会的成立表示热烈的祝贺！
长三角地区是全国经济发展水平最高的区域之一，加快发展现代服务业、促进经济转型升级已经成为当前紧迫而重大的任务。党中央、国务院对长三角地区的发展寄予厚望。2008年8月，国务院出台了《关于进一步推进长江三角洲地区改革开放和经济社会发展的指导意见》，首次将“长三角一体化”上升至国家层面。今年6月，《长江三角洲地区区域规划》正式批复实施，将长三角地区定位为“全球重要的现代服务业和先进制造业中心”，并提出长三角地区要率先努力形成以服务业为主的产业结构。
