农村中学教研组管理存在的问题与对策研究
学校的管理包含多方面的内容，如教学管理、政教管理、后勤管理、安全管理等。教研组管理也是学校管理中的一部分，它包括学校对教研组的管理和教研组自身的建设管理。在学校的管理过程中，一般对于教研组管理，学校很多时候都是交给教研组自身，让教研组自身去建设管理，学校对教研组的管理在整个学校的管理过程中往往容易被忽视，尤其对于农村中学来说更是如此。因此对研究教研组管理这一课题是很有必要的。
教学管理是学校的中心工作，也是最基本的、最核心的工作。教研组则是直接实施学校教学工作计划的最基层的组织单元，是学校教务处科研处领导下的教学组织，同时也是学校教师交流研讨活动的平台。它具有促进教师专业化发展的作用，担负着如何教与如何研的责任，担负着落实教学常规的任务，担负着教学改革的重担，其工作运行的效率直接关系到学校教学工作的管理质量，直接影响到教师队伍的建设。进行教研组管理的研究有利于学校的发展，有利于教师的成功，有利于学生的成才，有利于教研组的科学管理。
对于农村中学教研组的管理，笔者通过对 AB 两所中学的教研组管理进行对比研究，采取比较研究方法，揭示 A 中学教研组管理存在的不足之处，再通过文献研究法，问卷调查、访谈、召开座谈会等调查法，经验总结法等研究方法，深入调查，对比分析，总结出农村中学教研组管理中存在的问题：学校对教研组工作重视力度不足；教研组管理制度不够完善；教研组成员工作的积极性不够高；教研组长的管理水平不够强；教研组团队合作意识不够浓；年轻教师培养力度不够大；教研组保障措施不到位等。
笔者再通过对农村中学教研组管理存在的问题进行深入分析，通过召开座谈会、访谈等形式，总结出存在问题的原因主要有：学校对教研组的作用认识不到位；教师对教研组的作用认识不足；公用经费制度限制了对教研组建设资金的投入；教师之间的协调沟通太少；农村教师流动太快等。
在此基础上，结合当地实际，提出有效促进农村中学教研组管理的对策：校长要重视对教研组的管理和指导；学校要重视教研组管理制度的健全与落实；要充分激发老师参与教研的积极性与荣誉感；要加强对教研组长的培训与指导；要加强教研组成员的沟通与合作；要重视年轻教师的培养与发展；不断完善教研组的服务与保障措施；落实教研组的规定动作和自选动作。
农村中学教研组的管理是一项系统的工程，需要学校的真正重视，需要领导的亲自参与，需要老师的积极配合。加强农村中学教研组管理，虽任重道远，但是这是提高教学质量的关键所在，我们要想方设法把农村中学教研组管理好。
笔者希望通过对农村中学教研组管理的研究，为农村中学教研组的管理提供有效路径，并为今后在这方面的研究提供一些理论和实践依据。经过实践的探索，笔者所在 A 中学教研组的各项工作慢慢进入了轨道，初见成效。

To study the management of teaching and research group in rural middleschools,the author compares the management of teaching and research group in twomiddle schools,namely,A Middle School and B Middle SchoolComparative researchmethods was used to reveal the shortcomings of the group management in A middleschoolWith the help of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,symposium,experience summary and other research methods and through further investigationand comparative analysis,the author summed up the following problems existing inthe management of teaching and research group in rural areasFirstly,schools do notpay sufficient attention to the work of teaching and research group and themanagement system of it is imperfectSecondly,group members lack enthusiasm andthe group leader’s management ability needs to be improved and a sense of teamworkis also needed for the groupYoung teachers needs sufficient trainings and guaranteemeasures of the group is insufficient
By interviewing and analyzing the problems existing in the management ofteaching and research groups in rural areas,the author finds out the main reasons forthe problemsFirstly,schools and teachers do not understand the role of the teachingand research groupsSecondly,public funding system restricts investment in theconstruction of teaching and research groupsWhat’s more,coordination andcommunication between teachers are not enough and teachers are highly mobile inrural areas,etc

1进行教研组管理研究是学校有效管理的需要
教学管理是学校的中心工作，也是最基本的、最核心的工作。教研组则是直接实施学校教学工作计划的最基层的组织单元，其工作运行的效率直接关系到学校教学工作的管理质量。学校教学管理的一般层级应该是“学校—教务处科研处—教研组—教师”。在这个层级中，教研组起着一个承上启下的桥梁作用，教研组本身是一个学科的团队组合，学校对教师的管理需要通过教研组来实现。在学校的这个层级管理中，如何把握好对教研组的管理，怎样加强对教研组的管理，如何更好的建立教研组这座桥梁，从学校有效管理的角度来看，对于研究教研组管理是很有必要的。只有加强对教研组的管理，才能有效加强教师队伍的建设，才能更好地加强学校的教学管理工作，促使学校的管理更上一步台阶。
2进行教研组管理研究是教师专业发展的需要
教研组是学校教师交流研讨活动的平台，它具有促进教师专业化发展的作用。
教研组工作效率的高低，直接影响学校教育教学质量的提高，直接影响到教师队伍的建设。因此，学校想要不断提高教育教学质量，促使教师专业化发展，学校必须重视教研组的管理，使教研组在学校中充分发挥其最大的功能和作用。教研组担负着培养教师，尤其是培养青年教师的责任。因此，学校要想法设法调动各教研组成员的积极性，通过落实教研组的常规工作、开展听评课等教研活动，师徒结对子活动等，让老师从中学习，得到锻炼，从而不断促进教师业务水平的提高和青年教师的成长。
